- Powertrain scanned and fault code P00FE ( EVAP system vapor line) detected. Further EVAP system examination let to discovery and replacement of defective EVAP canister vent valve and engine purge valve line. Additionally, engine abnormal noise is discovered to be from engine upper idler pulley. The defective pulley removed and replaced. PCM fault codes cleared. Fuel tank filled with gasoline and vehicle road tested for 150 miles in order to verify repairs and complete emission monsters in preparation for SMOG inspection.
